- We preview and inspect the property in detail with the client before we commence with any of the next steps.
- We write a scope of work and product specifications with intimate details and requirements which our clients may have.
- We make sure we schedule any paintwork around the customer’s calendar and schedule. We are cognizant of the fact that painting your house or building may be an inconvenience for our clients and we try our best to accommodate each client and their specific routines. Another very important step which we take great care in following is, to protect and cover up any surfaces or areas which are not part of the painting project. Windows and trim that will not be painted are masked off to protect the surfaces.
- Meticulous preparation goes into the preparation of all surfaces to be painted and this includes pressure washing, patching, caulking and thorough cleaning before we start painting. All cracks around windows, doors and fascia are caulked to seal off these areas. Walls are cleaned with fungal wash and pressure washed, and all parapet walls sealed before final coats applied.
- During the actual paint process, we always apply two coats and we always adhere to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- We clean up properly after ourselves and our crews make sure we leave the premises in better shape than we found it.
- We do a thorough walk-through with our client upon completion of the paint project to ensure quality, happiness and satisfaction of the completed job.
